Refund Policy

This Refund Policy covers paid Orbyt Jobs and Orbyt Intelligence subscriptions. It is part of our Terms of Service. By subscribing to any Orbyt product, you agree to the policy in effect on the day you subscribe.
Free tier is the trial
Orbyt does not offer a time-limited free trial on paid plans. Instead, the Free tier of each product gives you indefinite access to core functionality so you can evaluate the product before committing to a paid plan. This is the primary way we let you confirm the product is a fit for you.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to the paid tier until that date, and you will not be charged again.
Standard refund window
We will issue a full refund for a first-time paid subscription if you request one within 14 days of the initial charge and have used the paid features in good faith. Contact support@orbytjobs.ai from the email address on your account and reference the charge date. Refunds typically post to the original card in 5-10 business days.
Monthly renewals after the first cycle
Monthly renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has started, because you retain full access to the product for the cycle you paid for. If you forgot to cancel before renewal and have not used the product since the charge, contact support within 7 days and we will review your case.
Annual plans and prorated refunds
Annual plans may be cancelled mid-term. We will issue a prorated refund for the remaining full calendar months on request, minus any usage-based charges, add-ons, or Stripe processing fees.
Chargebacks and disputes
If a charge on your card looks unfamiliar, please contact us first. Charges appear on your statement as ORBYT plus a product descriptor such as INTEL PRO or INTEL SCALE. We keep an audit trail of every subscription event, payment, and acceptance of our Terms, including the exact date, time, IP address, and version of the Terms you agreed to. This record is used as evidence if a dispute is filed with your card issuer.
Unauthorized or fraudulent charges
If you believe your card was charged without your consent, contact support@orbytjobs.ai immediately. We will investigate, suspend the relevant subscription, and issue a refund where appropriate.
How to request a refund
Email support@orbytjobs.ai from the email address on your Orbyt account. Include the last four digits of the card charged, the date of the charge, and the reason for the request. We usually respond within one business day.
This policy does not override any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
