Orbyt One is the unified account portal for all Orbyt products. Manage your profile, subscriptions, payment methods, invoices, security settings, and API keys in one place. Access it at orbytjobs.ai/orbyt-one or from the login chooser.

Edit your profile

Go to Orbyt One > Profile. You can update your display name, upload a profile photo, add your LinkedIn URL, and manage your billing address. Your email address is managed by your auth provider and cannot be changed here.

Manage subscriptions and billing

Orbyt One shows all your subscriptions across Jobs and Intelligence in one place. The Jobs tab shows your Jobs plan with upgrade, downgrade, and cancel options. The Intelligence tab shows your Intelligence plan. The Payments tab manages your payment methods. The Billings tab shows invoices from both products merged into a single list.

Security settings in Orbyt One

The Security tab in Orbyt One lets you:

Change password: Enter a new password with strength meter and confirmation.

Two-factor authentication: Enable TOTP-based 2FA with any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).

Passkeys: Add Face ID, Touch ID, or device PIN as a sign-in method.

Connected accounts: View linked OAuth providers (Google, LinkedIn, Apple) when SSO is enabled.

Sign out all devices: Ends every active session, including this one.

AI API keys in Orbyt One

The Settings tab in Orbyt One lets you enter your own AI API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI). Keys entered here are shared across all Orbyt products. Keys are encrypted and stored locally. You can select which provider is active and choose a specific model for each provider.

The Settings tab includes notification toggles for Jobs (interview reminders, follow-up reminders, deadline alerts, daily digest, weekly coaching email, weekly tips). Intelligence notification preferences will be added when Intelligence starts sending email alerts.

Extension tokens and API keys

Accepted Answer

The Settings tab lets you generate browser extension tokens (for the Safari extension) and MCP API keys (for Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Zapier, etc.). Each token can be named, and API keys can be set to read-only or read-write. Revoke any token instantly from this page.

Legal records in Orbyt One

The Legal tab shows your complete history of Terms of Service and Privacy Policy acceptance across all Orbyt products. Each entry includes the date, terms version, IP address, and a downloadable PDF receipt.

Delete your account

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings > Export your data to download a full copy first. Then scroll to Delete account. You must type DELETE twice to confirm. This permanently deletes your account, all data, and cancels all subscriptions across every Orbyt product. This cannot be undone.
