- Go to Resume in the main navigation
- Set up your profile with your experience, skills, education, and key accomplishments
- Select a job from your pipeline as the target
- Click AI Tailor to rewrite your resume to match the job description
- Review the ATS score to see keyword coverage and suggestions
- Export as PDF

Free, Pro, and Ultra subscribers: AI Tailor is powered by hosted AI. No API key is needed. Just click AI Tailor and your resume is rewritten automatically.
Unlimited subscribers: AI Tailor requires your own API key configured in Settings > Preferences.
Tip: Click Build Resume on any job card to jump straight to tailoring a resume for that role.
Smart examples: When you tailor a resume, Orbit automatically pulls your past successful resumes (linked to jobs at the interviewing or offer stage) and uses them as examples for the AI. This helps the AI learn what worked for you before and apply similar patterns.
