Download a complete copy of your data at any time.
Export your data:
Go to Orbyt One > Settings (orbytjobs.ai/orbyt-one/dashboard?tab=settings) and click Download Full Export under "Export your data." Orbyt creates a JSON file with everything in your account.
What is included:
- All jobs, contacts, and activities
- Resumes and cover letters
- Calendar events and settings
- Goals, wellness data, and templates
- Offer details and runway data
What is not included:
Your AI API keys are never included in exports or synced to the cloud. They stay on your device only.
Import data:
You can import contacts from a LinkedIn CSV in the Jobs app under Settings > Data.
Delete your account:
Account deletion is also in Orbyt One > Settings. This permanently removes all data across every Orbyt product.
Tip: Download a copy of your data periodically, especially before making large changes like bulk deleting jobs.
