Set up your profile and customize how Orbyt works for you.
Edit your profile:
Go to Orbyt One (orbytjobs.ai/orbyt-one) to update your display name, profile photo, LinkedIn URL, and billing address. Your profile is shared across all Orbyt products.
Customize your preferences:
In the Orbyt Jobs app, go to Settings > Preferences to change:
- Theme — Dark or light mode
- Accessibility — High-contrast colors that meet WCAG AA standards
- Calendar — Week start day (Sunday or Monday) and week numbers
- Default landing page — Which page loads first (Dashboard, Jobs, Contacts, or Calendar)
AI API keys:
Manage your AI provider keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI) in Orbyt One > Settings. Keys entered there are shared across all Orbyt products.
Notifications:
Manage notification preferences in Orbyt One > Settings (interview reminders, follow-up reminders, deadline alerts, coaching emails).
Your profile and preferences sync across all your devices in real time.
Tip: Set your default landing page to the page you use most, so Orbyt opens right where you need it.
