Orbit includes 7 autonomous agents that analyze your pipeline and suggest actions. Agents never change your data directly. They propose suggestions that you accept or dismiss.

How agents run:
Agents run server-side on a daily schedule, powered by hosted AI on Ultra. No API key is needed. You can see the schedule, last run time, and usage in the agent dashboard on your Dashboard page.
Enable and configure agents:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Find the Agent Suggestions section
- Click Enable Agents
- To enable or disable individual agents, go to Settings > Preferences
The 7 agents:
Pipeline Monitor watches for:
- Stale applications (applied 10+ days with no response)
- Jobs missing a next action
- Contacts at the same company you could link
- Offers that need attention
Follow-Up Drafter suggests:
- Thank-you notes after interviews
- Application follow-up emails after 14+ days of silence
- Reconnection messages for cold contacts
Application Coach analyzes:
- Your response rate and whether it is improving
- Application velocity (too fast or too slow)
- Pipeline balance (too many saved, not enough applied)
- Success patterns across your offers
Runway Agent monitors:
- Low runway warnings with specific dates
- Income streams about to end
- How a pending offer changes your financial picture
- Discretionary spending when runway is tight
Interview Prep Agent reminds you to:
- Prepare for upcoming interviews (1 to 3 days out)
- Send thank-you notes after interviews
- Follow up on stale interviewing jobs
Debrief Reminder prompts you to:
- Debrief within 24 hours of an interview that has no follow-up logged
- Capture what went well and what to improve while it is fresh
Readiness Coach suggests:
- Preparation steps for saved jobs that are 3+ days old with readiness below 60%
- Specific actions to improve your readiness score before applying
How suggestions work:
- Suggestions appear in the Agent Suggestions section on your Dashboard
- Click Apply to accept (sets next action, links contact, etc.)
- Click Dismiss to hide it permanently
- You can pause agents at any time
AI enhancement:
On Ultra, agent suggestions are automatically enhanced with hosted AI. Template email drafts become personalized to the specific company, role, and contact. Advice becomes data-driven using your actual pipeline numbers. AI-enhanced suggestions show a sparkle icon.
Tip: Agents work best when you keep your job statuses and activities up to date. The more data they have, the more relevant their suggestions become.
