After an interview, paste your notes or record a voice debrief and AI generates a structured analysis with actionable feedback and a thank-you email draft.
How it works:
- Open a job that is in Interviewing status
- Click the Debrief button in the Job Modal
- Paste your raw interview notes, or use the voice recording option to speak your thoughts aloud and have them transcribed automatically
- Click Generate Debrief
- AI produces a structured report
What you get:
- What went well — Highlights from your performance based on your notes
- Areas to improve — Honest feedback on answers or topics where you could strengthen your response
- Questions asked — Interview questions extracted from your notes or voice recording
- Next round tips — Preparation suggestions if there is another round
- Thank-you email draft — A personalized email ready to send to your interviewer
- Action items — Concrete next steps to take after the interview
Voice recording:
Click the microphone icon to record a voice debrief instead of typing. This is ideal for capturing your thoughts right after an interview while details are fresh. The recording is transcribed to text and then analyzed by AI.
Requirements:
- Pro plan or higher
- AI API key configured in Settings
- Job must be in "Interviewing" status
- Microphone permission (for voice recording)
Tip: Voice recording is the fastest way to debrief. Walk out of the interview, hit record, and talk through what happened. The AI handles the rest.
