Scout is available as a persistent panel that slides in from the right side of the screen. You can open it from any page in Orbit.
Open Scout:
- Press Cmd+J (or Ctrl+J on Windows) from anywhere
- Or click the sparkle icon in the top navigation bar
What Scout can do:
Scout has write access to your CRM. You can ask it to:
- Save a job : "Track a Senior Engineer role at Stripe"
- Update status : "Move my Google application to interviewing"
- Add a contact : "Add Sarah Chen as a hiring manager at Acme"
- Log activity : "I just sent a follow-up email to Stripe"
- Search your pipeline : "Show me all my interviewing jobs"
- Find contacts : "Who do I know at Google?"
When Scout takes an action, you see a green confirmation badge showing exactly what changed. Your local data syncs automatically.
Quick prompts:
When you first open Scout, you will see suggestion chips for common tasks: Daily Focus, Pipeline Review, Interview Prep, and Resume Help. Click any chip to get started instantly.
Requirements:
- Pro or Ultra plan
- AI API key configured in Settings
Tip: Scout reads your current page context. If you are viewing a specific job, Scout already knows which company and role you are looking at.
