You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time.
How to cancel:
- Go to Orbyt One (orbytjobs.ai/orbyt-one)
- Click the Jobs tab
- Click "Cancel" on your current plan
- Confirm the cancellation
What happens:
- You keep Pro/Ultra access until the billing period ends
- After that, you move to the Free tier
- Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted
- Free tier limits apply (10 active jobs, 100 contacts, 5 resumes)
- AI features, cross-device sync, wellness, and runway become unavailable
Reactivate: Changed your mind? Click "Reactivate" before the period ends to undo the cancellation. No charge.
Refunds: Subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law, and no partial refund is issued for unused time. If you believe a charge was made in error, email billing@orbytjobs.ai within 30 days of the charge and we will review and respond within 5 business days. If a refund is issued, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
