You can manage everything about your subscription in Orbyt One (orbytjobs.ai/orbyt-one).
What you can do:
- Change plan — Go to the Jobs or Intelligence tab to switch plans or billing frequency. Orbyt prorates the difference automatically.
- Update payment method — Go to the Payments tab to add, remove, or set a default card
- Update billing address — Go to Profile > Address
- View invoices — Go to the Billings tab to see invoices from both Jobs and Intelligence
- Cancel — Cancel at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then. No partial refunds are issued.
- Reactivate — Undo a pending cancellation before your access ends
- Request a refund — Contact billing@orbytjobs.ai within 30 days of a charge
Tip: If your payment fails, Orbyt shows a warning with a button to update your payment method. Update it promptly to avoid interruptions.
