You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing frequency at any time.
How to upgrade:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select your new plan (Pro or Ultra) and frequency (monthly or yearly)
- Review the proration preview (shows credits and charges)
- Confirm the switch
Proration: When switching plans mid-cycle, you get credit for the remaining time on your current plan. The prorated difference is charged or credited automatically. The preview shows exactly what you will be charged.
Downgrade to Free: Cancel your subscription. At the end of the billing period, you will move to the Free tier with reduced limits (10 active jobs, 100 contacts, 5 resumes, no wellness, no runway, no cross-device sync).
Yearly savings: Yearly plans save 17% compared to monthly billing ($25.00/mo for Pro, $41.67/mo for Ultra, $16.67/mo for Unlimited).
