If you have a coupon or promo code, you can apply it to your active subscription for a discount.
How to apply a coupon:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Find the Apply Coupon Code row in the Manage section
- Click Add to expand the input
- Enter your coupon or promo code
- Click Apply
- If valid, you will see a confirmation with the discount details (e.g., "20% off for 3 months")
What types of discounts are supported:
- Percentage off (e.g., 20% off your subscription)
- Fixed amount off (e.g., $5 off per month)
- Duration options: once (one billing cycle), repeating (multiple months), or forever
Important details:
- Only one coupon can be active on a subscription at a time. If you already have a discount, you will see it displayed instead of the input field.
- Expired or invalid codes will show an error message. Double check the spelling and try again.
- Coupons apply to future invoices starting with your next billing cycle
- The discount appears as a line item on your invoice

- Promotional emails from Orbit
- Social media campaigns
- Partner offers
Who can apply coupons:
- Any user with an active paid subscription (Pro, Ultra, or Unlimited)
- Free tier users: upgrade to a paid plan first, then apply your code
Tip: If you received a coupon code that is not working, make sure it has not expired and that you are entering it exactly as shown, including any capitalization.
