Your invoice history is available in Orbyt One > Invoices tab (orbytjobs.ai/orbyt-one/dashboard?tab=invoices).
What's shown:
- Invoice date and amount
- Product (Jobs or Intelligence)
- Payment status (paid, pending, failed, refunded)
- Plan name and billing period
Download: Click the PDF link on any invoice to download it. Click View to open it in Stripe's invoice viewer.
Refunds: There is no self-serve refund button. Subscription charges are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, email billing@orbytjobs.ai within 30 days of the charge and we will review and respond within 5 business days.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, your subscription moves to "past due" status and you keep access for a grace period while Stripe retries. Update your payment method in the Payments tab.
Tax: Your billing address is used for tax calculations. Update it in Orbyt One > Profile > Address.
